First Bay Power Corporation Bauan Tech Substation

Five years down the line, First Bay Power Corporation puts up their own substation to better power the town of Bauan, Batangas. Aptly so, they also celebrated their fifth year on that same month. A milestone for all the hard work everyone has put into it. Congratulations, First Bay!
In the cover photo I am staring up in awe at all this technical and engineering stuff that makes me giddy of sorts. 🙂 I fondly call him Optimus.

bakit ho palaging walang ilaw sa bauan…buti pa ang meralco at maganda ang serbisyo..pero itong first bay at bulok…sa mga kinauukulan pakitugunan naman ho ang aming pangangailangan…maghapong walang ilaw ang bauan at yan ay tuwing linggo nangyayari…anong problema nyo…nagbabayad naman kami sa inyo…salamat po
My electric distributor’s Meralco and I can’t say they’re the best either. I think the day you had a brownout was a scheduled power outage by the NGCP in certain parts including Batangas.

Apologies if there were any inconveniences. But can you provide the dates and times of the power interruptions in your area past June 16? June 16 was the date when we commissioned the substation and we have had a total of 2.5 hours only of unscheduled power interruption as of to date. The rest are due to scheduled power interruptions from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
We do encourage you to go to the office even if you have no transactions to get a hold of the latest news as well as new fun contests we have. You can also see a historical chart of how First Bay has made the cost of power cheaper for the people of Bauan over the past 4 years 🙂
