We can be proud of being from UP Diliman all we want. But if we never become agents for positive change, if we become part of the problem, then we are not worthy of the education that was subsidized by the state for us. One of my favorite parts is when she recites a mantra.
“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. What I can do, I ought to do. And with the grace of God, I will do it.”
Which supports my personal motto: One makes all the difference.
