Esparto is the brainchild of Sugar Perez and Ritchie Balajadia. From the Catalan word, espart, which pertains to the Mediterranean grass used to make espadrilles, Esparto redefines espadrilles and gives them new flair by offering them in different hand-painted and graphic-designed prints. You can even have designs customized! How cool is that?
As of the moment I just own a pair. But I already have my sights set on ordering the Jeep Route and Pinoy Street Food. 😀 Hooray for comfy shoes! My pair goes with me on my walking food trips. 😀
