If you think science is cool, way to go! If you don’t, you should! It’s amazing just what science can do when it comes to even the smallest particles up to the grandest and wildest of inventions. And this wonder for science is something that should be taught to kids even at a young age. We should encourage more analytical thinking and curiosity for how our world works and what we can do to help it get better.
In December 2011, The Mind Museum will finally be opening its doors as it presents the “first world-class science museum in the Philippines.”
We were fortunate to be invited to a sneak peak of some of the exhibits they will be showcasing so we’re sharing some of the photos we were able to take in between having fun with the different exhibits. Some take us back through history while others explain different phenomena. Some exhibits have even been made futuristic in that they showcase just how far science can go, especially what can be done in outer space! And what’s great is that almost all of them are interactive so to have kids experience them first-hand would help them learn the concepts better. 🙂
Want to find out more? Make sure to check it out when they open. The Mind Museum location will be at the west end of Bonifacio High Street, across the future 6-star Shangri-La Hotel and the unified Philippine Stock Exchange. Visit their site to find out more about The Mind Musem.
